  The scope of air export business is to handle all business before and after the export of goods according to the client's entrustment; to review various lists and approvals provided by the customer; to prepare various types of documents; to book and declare customs; to handle certificates of origin, insurance policies and commodity inspection certificates ; Scheduled flights, domestic transportation, packaging, issuing bills of lading, settlement of miscellaneous expenses, express mail domestic and foreign documents; handling import declarations, tax payment, transshipment, delivery in foreign countries; handling agent business in foreign countries.

  The shipper fills in the freight consignment letter. The consignment letter should include the following columns: shipper, consignee, departure airport, destination airport, required route/application for booking, declared value for transportation, declared value for customs, declared value, insurance amount, processing Matters, documents attached to the freight bill, actual gross weight, freight category, billed weight, name and quantity of the goods, shipper's signature, date, etc.

   2. Audit documents

Documents should include: invoice, packing list, consignment, single item submission, foreign exchange verification form, license, commodity inspection certificate, incoming/outgoing processing verification, claim/repair agreement, payment guarantee, customs seal .

  3. Booking

  After receiving the shipper's shipment forecast, collect and fill in the booking form with the airline's tonnage control department, and provide the corresponding information; the name, volume, weight, number of pieces, destination of the cargo; the time required for shipment. Airlines arrange cabin classes and flights according to the actual situation. When booking a freight, the freight forwarder can choose the best route and carrier according to the consignor's requirements, and strive for the lowest and most reasonable freight rate for the consignor.

   4. Pickup

  Sender's self-delivery: The freight forwarder should fax the goods into the warehouse to the consignor, indicating the contact person, telephone number, delivery address, time, etc. So that the goods can be put into the warehouse in time and accurately.

  Freight forwarder picks up the goods: The shipper needs to provide the freight forwarder with specific receiving address, contact person, telephone, time and other relevant information to ensure that the goods are put into the warehouse in time.

   5. Export declaration

  After the customs declaration documents are completed, the freight forwarder will declare to the customs agent on behalf of the consignor; after the customs review is correct, the customs officer will stamp the release stamp on the original waybill used for shipping.

   6. Fee settlement

  The consignor and freight forwarder settle the related freight charges before the plane takes off.

  ■ Notes for air freight export 1. Because the customs investigation department questioned a certain ticket, the goods could not be transported; due to climate reasons, the aircraft needed to temporarily increase the fuel load, which caused the aircraft to take off and landing weight overload, which caused the cargo to be pulled down and the load was controlled.

   2. The outer packaging of the goods should meet the international transportation standards, and the goods should not be exposed.

   3. For oversize and overweight (gross weight ≥60kgs), please inform the freight forwarder in advance to help lay the pallet in order to use the forklift.
